20 November 2024 - The Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) Professional Certification Graduation Ceremony was held at The Grand Hall, The HIVE, Pengerang Integrated Complex, celebrating the exceptional achievements of 84 PRPC staff members who successfully earned their MBOT certifications in which 60 were certified as Professional Technologists (Ts.), and 24 as Certified Technicians (Tc.).
This occasion was organised by Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (PRPC) to honor the hard work, dedication, and professional growth of its staff. The event kicked off with welcoming remarks by Mr. Kamal Bahrin bin Ahmad, Senior Vice President and CEO of PRPC, followed by a speech from Professor Emerita Datuk Ts. Ir. Dr. Siti Hamisah binti Tapsir, FASc., President of MBOT.
The event was graced by the presence of Mr Irwan bin bdul Latif, Chief Executive Officer, PRPC Utilities & Facilities Sdn Bhd, Mr Adlee bin Abu Bakar, Senior General Manager, Head of Operation & Complex Management) and Hairulanam bin Suhari, General Manager (HRBP PRPC).
The ceremony was not just a celebration of individual accomplishments, but also a reflection of PRPC's unwavering commitment to fostering lifelong learning, empowering its staff, and continuously enhancing their skills in the pursuit of excellence.
